How To  Turn On Sanyo Soundbar fwsb415e Without Remote

If you want to Turn On your sanyo soundbar then there are two way one is using mobile app tv remote and other way is to use universal remote such as GE, RCA, Vizio etc.. then only you will able to turn on and turn your sanyo soundbar fwsb415e and fwsb405fs models.

ATT Remote RC7X:

You can program sanyo soundbar with the RC7X remote control check the steps below:

• Go to “Menu”
• Chose “Settings”
• Then select “Settings & Help”
• Then “Remote Control”
• Select “Audio Device” now

With DIRECTV Or ATT As Your Cable With DIRECTV Remote Control:

• Switch on “Sanyo Soundbar”
• Click on “VOL+” but “Muted”
• Chose “AV1” or “AV2”
• Keep press and hold “Mute” and then “Select” until it gives “2 blinks”
• Enter the “9 9 1” code and wait for 2 blinks
• Now enter “3”
• Then press and release “VOL+”
• Now face the remote to the sanyo soundbar and then keep on pressing and releasing the “CH+” key
• You can observe that your device is changing the volume, at that time press “Select” so it will lock the code.

If DIRECTV remote controls the power of the Sanyo soundbar but not volume, try this:

• Select “AV1 or AV2”
• Then keep on press and hold the “Mute & Select” buttons
• Just wait until it gives “Two Blinks” and then release
• Now enter the code “9 9 3”
• Finally press “Select”

Code Search using silver Comcast remote with a red OK/Select button:

• Switch on “Sanyo Soundbar”
• Once click on “AUX”
• Now press and hold “Setup” till you observe key blinks twice
• Now release “Setup”
• Enter “9 9 1 3”
• Now “AUX” key will blink twice
• Then press “Power” after that target your remote control to sanyo soundbar
• Now keep on press “CH+” until the sound bar turn off
• Important Point: In this code search mode, the remote control sends IR code from its library to your selected device.
• Then press “Setup” so that the code will be “Locked”
• For confirmation the aux key will “Blink Twice”

With a Comcast Xfinity remote with the red ok button:

• First press “AUX” and then press and hold “Setup” until its blinks two times
• Now “Enter the code” which we mentioned above.

With a Comcast Xfinity remote with the red ok button – To lock to the Sanyo soundbar:

• Keep on hold “Setup” until it blinks twice
• Now enter code “9 9 3”
• Then press “AUX”

But to take the lock off and then to make it independent of each device:

• Keep on hold “Setup” until it blinks twice
• Press the code “9 9 3” and then press once “vol+”

(That’s all you can chose each device which you would wanna change the volume for)

The above method might take some extra time but it is very important to find your key code. Once you have done the above procedure your remote should be working for all the in functions.
